I beleive that the best program for editing and shareing information to classmates and the teacher is triple zero because you can easily share files without haveing to give permmisions to the other person.
I chose to host Prog03 on the csis server because it is reliable and easy to add new webpages by creating a new html files in Notepad++ as well as updating quickly so that I can see changes
